We just saved our puppy from the shelter and took her there. They were so sweet and informative.

I took my dog that wouldn't stop coughing and the clinic employees said that they couldn't take care of him and I had to take him because they were full, even though there was only one client in the lobby. I have been their client for over five years, but now I realize that they are the most insensitive, indolent and unprofessional people I have ever seen. They are not interested in the health of animals. For my part I will not go back there.

Great service. Friendly staff, my dog had surgery with Dr. Lista- she followed up with me post surgery. She explained the procedure and the staff was great discussing post care. I know my dog is in great care at Trail animal hospital.

Part 2. Of my original review. this medication destroyed Rambos stomach and he slowly started eating less and less. At this point two weeks goes by and rambos leg is causing him major pain which was once a “small mass” is utterly and completely huge at this point. I go to a different veterinarian because i Don’t trust trail animal hospital and Dr. Marta Lista, DVM diagnosis. Luckily i find Dr.randy Dominguez, DVM surgical specialist one of the best in Miami if not all of florida in hopes of getting this huge mass removed. From the moment Dr.randy Dominguez looks at rambo’s leg and immediately discards the lipoma diagnosis, he informs his only hope is to get that leg amputated that supposed malignant tumor grew so much it destroyed my dogs static nerve and could no longer feel that leg basically a “dead leg”. Dr randy dominguez recommended before any surgical operation is done to do a chest x ray and a KUB this led to the result of his abdomen being clean, but his lungs were invaded with multiple tumors. There is no hope for my baby. I have to put him down. I am unbelievably and utterly heartbroken i made my poor rambo suffer so much between the past two months due this operation which turned out to him supposedly not having anything and giving me false hope . I could have at least waited a few more months until his lungs gave out to put him down but unfortunately the tumor in his leg is only getting bigger and causing him more pain by the day. after being aggravated by trails animal hospital surgery which only worsened and cause that tumor to grow at a very rapid paste. I won’t be able to wait much and im gonna have to put him down soon all this pain they caused him was in vain i could have kept his leg healthy without and operation and enjoyed my final moments with him better. I trusted Dr. Marta Lista but i was very wrong all of this would have been avoided by a simple x-ray from the beginning instead this was done in vain. Thank you so much the last 8 years you given me rambo i love you buddy rest well.
