You need to hit 60 photos. Otherwise they won't make a new one. Check the app or website
If you got a series set up with your instagram or facebook it will send every 60 photos. If you just did a custom book those don't auto send. You can always go in the app and see how far along your next series is before it ships and edit any photos in it.
