I have created and purchased several photo books using Chatbook and been pleased with the quality and ease of creating them. However, the two times I needed help from Customer Service have both been disappointing experiences. Most recently, I created and ordered six copies of a book of photos from a family reunion in December. I mailed the copies to family members as gifts and then got a request for another copy. When I went to the Chatbook site to order another, the book was not there, although all my previous books were still available. I emailed Customer Service, explaining exactly what the problem was. A few days later I got a reply that made it clear the rep had not really even read my email. We had some back and forth email in which I kept answering questions I had already answered. Finally, she told me she found the book and put it in my account. When I went to order the book, I discovered it was a very early, unfinished version of what I had created. The rep said this was all she could find and urged me to recreate the book. The book apparently just disappeared. If I choose to recreate the book, it will not be on the Chatbook site, nor will I use them again.

Albums were damaged when they arrived. Poor customer service. I can’t seem to get a hold of anyone to help me.

Have been getting books printed for a few years now, my kids LOVE them!! Recently a parcel was delivered inside a Postal bag advising of damage, well the box was damaged and the book was missing. Amy at Chatbooks promptly re-ordered those volumes at no charge and is sending to me. Who does that anymore, above and beyond!! So happy with this company and their products!

Hi, sorry about the inconvenience. We were having a lot of issues with the Google integration so we took it down. We are working with them to get it back online, but I'm not sure of the exact timeframe. In the meantime, the work-around Becky mentioned above is your best option.
Hi Karen! I just looked up your account and it looks like you had accidentally set up duplicate subscriptions. I'm happy to see Kylie in our support team was able to get this taken care of for you so quickly. You're all set up now and should only receive one volume of each of your Chatbooks as they're filled. When you fill a new volume we'll automatically send you the latest Chatbooks - no need to place another order yourself! Go back into the book you created (it may have moved to the bottom of your screen). From there you can order it again and choose the quantity.
You need to hit 60 photos. Otherwise they won't make a new one. Check the app or website
all pictures are do pdf file. then you used that book
