Nope no medical card needed, granted if you have one it's a bit cheaper and you can purchase more. But all you need to make a purchase is to be 21 or older, have a valid state I'd (doesn't matter what state), and a Sunnyside account (free to make). Once you have a account you will want to figure out what you want, put it in your cart (you will know the exact cost with taxes), once your set click place order, and go get your new products (you pay upon pick-up.) I highly recommend cash as it's just easier to deal with as sometimes there debit machine is down, otherwise offering an ATM that charges about $2.00.
