I am a nervous mom who had a horrible high over 30 years ago. I’ve avoided weed by all costs but decided through much research, trying it again would help me relax and sleep better. A friend told me about Sunnyside* and raved about their service….man she wasn't kidding. Everyone there was friendly, inviting and patient. Going in I thought “I hope they don’t find me annoying” but Christian was the complete opposite. He listened to my concerns and what I was looking to achieve. I picked out a few items and when I went to check out Logan again went over everything I bought reiterating everything Christian said and put my mind at ease. They were both so knowledgeable and helped with the bad stigma that comes with weed. Great great store. Clean, great assortment and again knowledgeable staff to help with the customers needs.

First timer newbie - a 'dispensary' not my typical scene. I expected a head shop vibe at best. I was absolutely surprised completely impressed! Sunnyside is a 100% not sketchy, immaculately clean brightly- lit, excellently organized, perfectly managed. The staff in every position are on point in everyway - friendly helpful efficient perfect customer service. Someone is definitely doing something right at this business. Good experience but security personnel were not wearing masks and not social distancing. The high prices and high tax are what they are. Good selection of various different quality products. Ordering, check in and buying process went smoothly. I got there just before opening and there was only a few people in line I was in and out in under 10 minutes. Glad they have cleaned things up from the earlier reports of horrible wait times at different locations. Inside is very clean and spacious and staff if very friendly other than the issue with security. Update 9/9/21 long lines and wait times have gotten pretty bad in the past few months. Averaging anywhere from 25-50+ minutes before getting to the register to check out. They have plenty of registers but depending on how many people are working they only have a few open sometimes. Maybe a staffing issue but frustrating knowing they could get people in and out quicker but choose to make customers wait instead. Update 12/30/21 long lines and wait times are getting really bad last time over an hour and this visit was 110 minutes+ c'mon Sunnyside step it up. update 3/18/22 last few trips wait times have been much better in and out in under 10 minutes I think the visit in December was just a very busy time for them.

Literally my favorite dispensary of all time. Can honestly say, I have never once, had anything other than positive experiences. Fantastic rotating selections. Broad range of products for all medicinal and adult uses, literally every time I go. All the staff is knowledgeable and kind. Even the security people are solid humans. AND the place is always spotless, and adhering to all COVID safety guidelines. It's a gem.
