My son and I stood at the counter for over 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged our existence. Then they proceeded to not punch in my order correctly after I told them 3 times what we wanted. Then after that, we STILL got the wrong stuff. None of this is to mention the fact that they didn’t get a single order right the whole time we dined in. And don’t even get me started on how filthy the restaurant was. Flies all over the place and old food sitting on the ground. I mean, the least they could do is make sure the lids and straws were stocked, but apparently that was too hard too. Honestly, it’s a surprise this location is still in business.

Ordered via drive thru. Checked my bag before driving away and noticed they got my order wrong. When I told them they gave me the wrong food, they just wanted to disagree with me. Didn’t have to energy to argue with them so I just left. Now I have to split one sandwich between three kids. Never coming here again.

We ordered online for drive through pick up. Husband immediately left the house to drive the 3 miles to pick up the food. He thought they were closed because all of the outside lights were off. He told them he was picking up, and they had him pull up so it didn't count against their time because they hadn't even started our order. When she brought the food out, she said he is the only car that noticed all of their lights being off (he mentioned it earlier in line). She said they do that so they "can get everything done." He asked when they close, and it was 2.5 hours later! So they just basically shut the lights off and look like they're closed almost 3 hours before closing. I hope the owner isn't concerned about making a profit, because the employees are working against them!

This location gets two stars SOLEY on the Breakfast Baconator. Entered parking lot at 9:08am. No other car in drive thru other than the one just ahead of me waiting to place an order. I got to speaker at 9:20 and was told they’d be right with me. At 9:26 I placed my order. 2 Breafast baconator meals with cokes. Large. At 9:56 my order was handed to me and I parked to check it out. 2 baconators, 1 medium potato wedge and 2 chocolate milk because they couldn’t get the coke to work apparently. The sandwiches were actually pretty good. Hot, tasted fresh, made well and all the ingredients on it. The one order of wedges we did get, were neither fresh nor hot. They were chalky and gross. At this time there were too many cars in the drive thru for me to bother correcting this. Save your money, this location is just not worth it. -3 ⭐️ -Wait time -Friendliness -order accuracy
