Hi Jennifer. We do sell hybrid and commuter style bikes in your size. However, the price range from the brands we partner with (Specialized, Cannondale, Scott) start at around $600+. We do get the occasional pre owned bike every now and then. Feel free to swing by and take a look around.

Kim's is a good shop. They do have commuter bikes but the pricing is over double your budget range. I have seen some bikes at Walmart that would fit your budget. You may also find soething good in Facebook Marketplace. Good luck.
