Yes , in fact I did see some people there with a Tripod even - they might have called ahead to get permission though so I wouldn't plan on just showing up with one, I also went at a non peak time ~11AM on a Friday where it was not busy . We are experimenting with camera-free periods during the shows, but any restrictions on camera use will be included in the ticket information before purchase"

You definitely can. You'll want to take a lot of photos since all of the exhibits are breathtaking.
