As per their FAQ as of today: "Do you require proof of vaccination? Effective February 16, 2022, in aligment with the City of Philadelphia’s most recent health guidance for establishments serving food and drink, we are no longer requiring proof of vaccination. All visitors must wear masks inside except when actively eating or drinking."

You do have to show proof of vaccination and your photo ID
I was there a few weeks ago and I had to show my proof of vax.
