I recently visited. I did not see any wheelchairs available, but can't confirm if they have them or not. What I can confirm is that most of the grounds are tight packed gravel walkways and may not be suitable for a wheelchair.

I was at Morikami a few years ago with my elderly parents, & we recall them saying something $30 wheelchair rentals. But I see other comments they don't have wheelchair rental. So where were they talking about $30 wheelchair rental?
