Is this place one full strip, or do you have to cross streets to get to other sides of this shopping center. I hope this makes sense!

There are different sections which require you to cross the road to get to the other areas of the center

You need to cross streets. I personally think this shopping center was poorly designed as far as getting around from store to store.
