they will not pick up small items like just household appliances clothing miscellaneous Christmas decorations etc but if you have a large item like a piano or a large sofa or large appliances such as a refrigerator or washer/dryer that you are donating they will make arrangements to pick it up.

They used to. Maybe they have changed. Call them to see if you can arrange pickup. I have had lots of things picked up.
