Awful experience! Not from staff but a crazy lady who I thought just happened to be there when I come in every other wk.Come to find out a guy tells me she's there daily.A tall oriental lady who wears yoga attire, ball cap & shades.Anyways, she pushes, shoves & runs people over with her cart to get what she wants. She shoved me today & I will not be back!!!

The donation drive-thru is only open 11AM - 4PM Tues-Fri. Save yourself the trouble of loading up the donations like I did and getting there at 4:30 only to be told it's closed

I've been to almost every thrift store in Utah and SLC counties and I can say that this is definitely one of my favorites. It's very well organized, fairly priced, and always has clean restrooms. The staff is friendly and very willing to help. The associates continuously stock the store with more merchandise until about 4:00 PM. It seems like it is busiest on Saturdays, and weekdays from around 1:00-4:00. I like to do my treasure hunting in the evenings. Like all thrift stores, a little time and patient perusing turns up great treasures. I've seen signed jerseys, autographed books, arcade games, snakeskin boots, Coach purses, and much, much more. This DI has a very good donation base. Whenever I donate I try to come in the morning or evening because the donation drive through tends to be very busy in the afternoon, especially on Saturdays. Some of the people working there are a little odd -- I try to be patient with them because I know that DI is a job training program and they do a lot of good for the community. Overall they are genuinely kind and helpful. I hope this helps. Happy shopping!

Can I bring a donation tomorrow. I have my car full of clothes and other items I would like to drop off at your location tomorrow.
Yes the donation drop off will be open from 11am to 4 pm Tuesday through Friday and 10am to 5 pm Saturday
Yes, they accept VHS, DVD, CD
they will not pick up small items like just household appliances clothing miscellaneous Christmas decorations etc but if you have a large item like a piano or a large sofa or large appliances such as a refrigerator or washer/dryer that you are donating they will make arrangements to pick it up.
They take donations Tuesday - Saturday 11- 4 (a little longer on Saturday, I think 10-5)
The DI is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Dock hours are Tuesday thru Friday 11am to 4pm Saturday 10am to 5pm
Last time I was there they were, that was about a week ago, but we are technically in orange now, so things may have changed.
Yes, you find what you would like to buy and ask an employee for help they will tag what you buy as being bought. Then they will load it on a cart and bring it out side for you to take.
I realize you asked this question a year ago. Thought I'd answer it anyway. Yes, I'm sure they do. It's not like there's anything secret about a temple dress. They'd just put it in their dress section.
6pm monday 8 pm tuesday threw Saturday
