Usually Thirsday, Friday, Saturday nights, and Sunday lunch are about 20-40 minute wait. Besides holidays there isn't much of a wait.
Depends on the day of the week, time of day, and if there is an event and/or holiday. Friday and Saturday nights along with any holiday/event in the area typically means you're looking at a 10-45 minute wait. Any other time of day or day of the week you're probably not looking at a wait
When we went at lunch time, there was no wait. Obviously the weekend will differ.

Depends on day. Not very good food though. Very slow.
When we went we were seated and waited on very quickly. Great food and service!
