HORRIBLE!! Check in for this hotel is after 2pm, we got there at 5:30. The front desk attendant was rude and told us our room was not ready because they had no staff to clean the rooms. She suggested we “wait in the lobby or go get something to eat because it would be awhile”. We’re diamond members btw. We cancelled our reservations and went to the Bristol hotel instead. Much nicer for pretty much the same price. Do not recommend the Hampton inn to anyone

On the Road and heading home. Great Big Shout Out to the staff at the Hampton Inn Bristol TN. Assistant General Manager Amy Hurd and Milicent front desk staff who made our stay a bit more comfortable. We highly recommend them and if anyone is ever traveling in the Bristol Tennessee/Virginia area. We have enjoyed the southern hospitality but we are ready to go home. Space is modern and very clean! Comfy beds and some upgraded items on the breakfast bar that aren’t typically offered at other Hamptons. However, the property is located between two major highways so you get big truck traffic noise all. night. long. If you need it quiet for good sleep, go elsewhere.

The staff at this place are phenomenal! My daughter left her doll in the bed and we were an hour up the road when we realized. I call the front desk to see if they would hold it for us. Receptionist said she would send housekeeping up immediately to find it and it would be left at the front desk for us. A few minutes later I received a phone call reassuring me they found it and it would be safe until we returned for it. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was better than most. I would drive out of my way to stay at this location again. Thank you!
