The membership card is free but as stated above you will need a tax ID for a food related business. If you're business is not directly related to the food industry but you're buying products for your employee break room (or other similar scenarios) that should suffice.
Your business tax id document. Then fill out a quick form at the front desk as the owner. You can add other cardholders to your account but it HAS to be the owner doing the adding. Like Costco, you cannot check out without your membership card. Good researching!
