Might as well plan to wait an hour. Customer service is mediocre at best. While they are busy it is usually 1 or 2 people helping.

Rented a car through the Uber app, it was $100 more than advertised for "taxes" Explicitly asked about a charging cable and only found out later that it wasn't in the car! Very unresponsive with their phones (calls just disconnect with no message) Finally drove back for the cable, employee just said "Oh" and ignored the issue. Manager treated me like I'm a child, incredibly disrespectful! I will absolutely avoid this place and all Hertz whenever possible.
