Ulta beauty in Bristol Tn at the pinnacle is the worst store. The staff on the floor were awful. They will not help customers. When I checked out at the register, Jacquelyn the cashier was extremely rude to me. She rolled her eyes at me and was very hateful with me. Jacquelyn the cashier said she did not have time to answer any questions. I will not go back there again. That place is a joke and has nothing but idiots that work there. So sad.

I went in to find some silver hair dye. I was approached by a woman who decided to inform me that they would be closing in a minute. I asked where the hair dye is and she pointed and said over in the middle. So after helping someone else, she then showed me where the dye was but offered no help in finding the actual product I needed. I finally picked out a couple of products to ask about and the first woman had no idea which to recommend. The second walked by and recommended one of them. Then, when asked about when my birthdate is, cause apparently you HAVE to have an account just to check out, I was informed my birthday is 'such a sad day to be born on'. Really??! Then she decided to get into a political discussion with me. I came for hair dye, not a lecture. I will NEVER go back to this Ulta..... pretty bad experience for a first time customer

Most horrible experience ever! I asked for a certain hair cut and she did something totally different and ruined my hair very expensive and overall horrible experience

Store was fine but employees are horrible! One of the male employees left for the day and as soon as he walked out the door the other female workers started talk bad about him. They were discussing how he was annoying and how he bothered them and how he talked to the customers too much. How sad it is to work in a place like that!
