They say they are open and they are not open. The doors are locked with no sign giving any information about reopening. No one answers the phone and there is no way of knowing when they will open again I Have a membership I want my money back!

They open from 12 to 9pm And yes they never answer phone. Did you physically go there to see if they are open? I was there 2 weeks ago and everything seemed fine.

I went there a couple of times and have been calling the hotel every few days. They are closed.
