Excellent service. Quick turn around even though I said could wait, (less than 6 hrs) for wash and fold. Have seen a few reviews here complaining about damage, I cant know what happened but they were highly professional towards me. I'd asked for special care for a favourite T-shirt (Silk/Linen) which they did. I also requested a wash temperature and everything has come back in perfect condition, so if you're concerned just give instruction Im sure theyll accommodate. Like everywhere they take card payment on contactless in addition to cash - very happy to recommend and will use again towards the end of my stay!

Good reception and good washing, fast. What I did not like was the high price, 3 dollars a pound, if it does not have 5 stars it is because they took advantage of the price as foreigners in the washington avenue laundromat with 5th street they charged us 1.50 a pound

Super fast service. We had many different parts and even sports shoes which we could pick up freshly washed, folded and wrapped in paper the next morning. Very friendly staff and fair prices! Gladly again

The place is amazing. Clean and I always feel safe. Jane is by far the friendliest kindest person I have met. The floors are clean and shiny. It’s a pleasure to come do my laundry here.

I know you brought those items back again. I saw the stains that were not removed after we washed them. Its simple logic, some stains cannot be removed. We try to clean the best way we can but some stains need special treatment. The service we offer is WASH DRY AND FOLD..... and let me tell you something, I am not a rat, ok? So I will not rat you out for what you said here to us. If you dont remember, I can show you the surveillance video. I felt offended. But I will not mention that here because I am not a rat. But you have to watch what you say about about ethnicities. I am a Latino, and that does not make me less than you. Your last name is KLEIN. There is a history behind that last name, and it surprised me that you came up with some “go back home” stuff to me. Next time, watch your words. How cannot I be rude if someone insults where I come from.
