I did! They are still providing a service, help you with your bags, and treat you right! I was very happy with the service!!!

I agree. Tipping IS at one's discretion, but if they are kind, friendly, helpful, professional, timely- I canNOT imagine not giving a $5 tip- but that's just ME!
