Don’t trust I feel discriminated I pay $100 for application fee the young lady told me it’s easy Process as long as you don’t have criminal background I don’t have that so I was feeling good about it cause I got approve at a next beautiful place but the price was $2915 and this place cheaper $2400 my credit score is in 713 mind you this place wants you to have 640 any way she calls me the next day saying I was not approved I was like why she said my bankruptcy oh really that’s 2015 wow I’m sooo disappointed then she say it’s not her who made the decision it was her other colleague I’m like you full of it oh and the income my alimony is $10,000 dollars a month plus my ex give me extra $20,000 so I can pay up 3 months of rent it’s all in my bank statements and my job and I’m about to open my own business at this point I just told her off and hung up this place is not for me God will make a way…

I use to live there and it was TO MUCH ! No privacy at all because you hear everything of your neighbor next door side to side !! Not just that if you have the construction in front the noise can be all night all morning! The elevators are terrible always dirty and normally out of service ! Make sure you make them paint before you leave the property because if not they will charge you when they HAVE to do it every year by law ?? They tell you one thing and they do another to take your deposit ! SMH look properly before this experience was not good at all.

It's a really nice location, close to beach (1.2 mile), a few minutes to Fort Lauderdale international airport, and close to many delicious restaurants. The new management company is very effective and professional and really boost the whole building to another level and residents have even better experiences here. Highly recommend it.
