Not everybody is bad, the manager there is really good about things like that. They might have had a bad day or something and brought it to work, never know. I would talk to management. Hopefully next time you go back it will be better
For the most part I have enjoyed every visit. Once I had a waitress that was really tired. She wasn't able too give a 100 per cent. But she is human like me. I've been tired on the job so I just cut her a break. I tipped her above the percentage. She seemed too really appreciate that. Chili's is really great. Let us reach out too others when they have an off day.
On April 2 we went for a birthday diner and our food was as cold as the drinks and we paid for the meal then informed management.... Will not go back even if it is a free meal.... This is not the first time
I have 85% good experience with them... Once in a while I have informed the manager before I leave.
