There were two waitresses but only six tables being used with we came in. We had to wait for them to clear a table before being seated. Then we waited over 15 minutes before getting our drink order taken. When the waitress finally came I asked if we could order as well because I wasn't sure how long we'd have to wait for her to come back. It was close to 10 minutes when she came back with our drinks I asked for creamer for my coffee and by the time she came back my coffee has cooled enough I could turn up the cup and drink it all. When we finally got our food I was missing two pieces of French Toast. When I asked the waitress said I was wrong, by this point I really didn't care any more. My food was barely warm. My kids said their's was pretty warm. She never offered us refills. I asked for some because everyone's glasses were empty or very close to it. I never got anymore coffee. I tried very hard to give the benefit of the doubt but it was truly ridiculous!!!! I would have left before we ever gave our order but my son was really wanting to eat there!! I just don't know if I'll chance going back. They use to have really good food and great service but I have no idea what happened!!!

The menu needs to be updated to add some no salt foods also the coffee was terrible and the whole place needs to be remodeled, it looks like it falling apart. Ceiling pieces missing seating raggy. It looks a mess, not the IHOP I'm used to going to as a kid. Very disappointed, don't know if I'll be coming back.

It was great. From the Hostesses to the food. And the waitress was just right on. Busy, but not bad. Will be back.
First Timers
We went yesterday for some lunch. Server was quite forgetful, but she was friendly. We ordered a glass of milk with our meal and I noticed it looked like there were literally "chunks" in it. I mentioned it to the server and she was nice enough to remove it from our bill. However, around 8 pm, the sickness set it. The entire night was spent with the 2 of us that had the milk, vomiting all night long. I then tried to call them to let them know, but got no answer after a dozen attempts. So, I called another IHOP to get a message to them. Not a happy camper. Updated 12/2021... Never did hear from them. Stopped in today. No improvement 🤐

An employee told me that it was just a marketing thing to promote their newest burgers. Not really going to change the name.

The last time we went in there was a booth between each couple or family and the tables were the same way.
I believe it is permanently closed
One of the issues have had there. Inconsistent service levels
