probably was not busy. they have the right to close when they wish. I have a business. if my hours are 3:00 people come in at 2.55. if they are 4 they come in at 3.55. procrastinate and you'll get shut out. also remember. when your work day is over you get up and leave. and probably early. remember that.
A lot of bars do this. Many close the doors at 1 o'clock. I dont know why Gilligan's does but for many it's a liability issue. Meaning its that late most of the clientele are already intoxicated, getting kicked out of another bar then trying to go that. Not saying that was the case here but most of the time it is
