The food and service here is fantastic. I ordered an old fashioned from the bar and the balance of flavors was perfect. It was even served with one large ice ball. We shared the delicious marinated olives. The crostini was lightly toasted and beautifully displayed. I ordered the sea bass tacos and they were rich and delicious. The real show stopper was their Ad Lib burger. The pretzel bun, dijonaisse Vermont cheddar, truly one of three best burgers ever. Their fries and chips are fresh, made there goodness. Go. This place is great you won't be disappointed.

The good,, Beautiful hotel and very nice staff. The bad, The food was not to my taste. The cesar salad had fish in it. Im not sure who thought that was a good idea but I say, no thanks. The main course was Mac and cheese with pork. It had paper thin things on top that ,I thing were some kind of French fry. Not to my liking. After 2 hours I left without the dessert. Time was up! The men's room off of the dining area had no paper towels in both machines. Again beautiful place and nice staff. I can't wait till people start going back to work!

I'm not typically one to venture into hotels for their dining, but this place was an exception I'm glad I made. They offer a casual dining area or a more upscale steakhouse dining experience. We chose the casual side, but my server Ken was very attentive and kind. Although we were in the casual side, it still felt like an exceptional restaurant. The cocktails and food were both great, and came out to our table fast. I'm excited to return to try more food and drinks.

Questions & Answers

2 Questions: 1. Is brunch AYCD (all you can drink)? 2. Is reserving a table necessary for brunch on a Sunday? Or is it not as crowded & waiting for a table a fine option.

Not so much of a Las Vegas vibe here. No bottomless mimosas are bloody Mary's but they will not cut you off if you're being cool. I always would advise a reservation.

Inside dining, masks required. hand sanitizer available available for guests. They currently aren't offering everything on their standard menu or the Sunday brunch menu as we found out when we went there. However, the food we ordered was amazing
