Air conditioner was broke - not their fault but still sucked no one told us when we came in. Greeter started to lead us to a table and then started talking to someone else and left us. Tables weren’t cleaned until after we sat down. Floor was a mess. Food took forever. We contemplated leaving several times. Raspberry tea was weak. Never got lemon. Not enough silverware. We asked for chicken fingers tossed in Buffalo sauce and then we were told that tossing them would result in shredded chicken which has never happened anytime when we’ve ordered that way before. Took forever to get a check. Didn’t get drink refills. Bathroom toilets were stained red, but otherwise clean. I’m not usually one to complain but this was not a great experience. Paxton Street Harrisburg location.

I ordered a 6oz sirlion steak with FF broccoli. I ask for medium well. It came out burnt chared. The FF and broccoli were cold. The waitress took it back.I said I'll take a cheeseburgerm That was very good.My waitress was so busy. Seems they needed more help. She tried hey best to check back with us. Not impressed.

Expect dirty plates and tables, certainly not the cleanest one I’ve been to. Would recommend not going to this “restaurant” anymore it might as well be fast food that takes a little longer than fast. In fact most of the fast food around has been cleaner than this place, and that’s saying something

Why would you put this part of a head of lettuce in my irresistibowl? Ordered take out...let your cooks know most people don't want to eat that...

That good I'm definitely going to try it thank you!! You have the fire picture is the quesadilla burger spicy or hot? I like hot and spicy food.
No
I have actually had both experiences at once and think I understand. I sat at the bar and it was apparently during shift change, except they're just opening which makes me think the workers receive a meal as part of compensation, which I have no problem with, except it gives the perception that you don't care about your customers. That aside, the bar service was great and the food fast and as ordered. I often read comments and think some are so critical they should never leave home as nothing could live up to their standards.
