Unless you go across to the next parking lot that is all sand. No ramps no steps. It is completely open to Cherie Down Park. Meaning there is handicap parking spots. Then there's a walkway that leads over to the parking on the street and and a ramp leading to the beach. The sand is very loose and any wheel needs to be to be wide or however it can be to go through the sand easily.
Yes with a specific easy grade ramp over the dune and to the beach.
Yes
To mt knowledge there are no mobi mats at Cherie Down which is what most people are referring to when they ask if a beachside park is "wheelchair accessible".
Yes it is, there's handicap parking and the boardwalk has a wheelchair ramp, but there is a couple steps after it crosses the dunes, going down on the beach side. However there is room for a wheelchair and there's a bench over the dune on the boardwalk, where you can get to from a wheelchair or walker and sit with family and friends and watch the beach and waves.
The park is, yes, but the beach access is not. There are stairs you must climb
