Are dogs allowed in the park and on the beach?

I saw a few.

Not officially, but if the dog is well behaved no one will care

Dogs are not allowed on the Beach, but I have never seen the rule enforced and there are always a few dogs @ Cheri Down.

I would say yes about the park, not really sure bout the beach, but from the time I've been going I have seen them walk through the park to the beach with the dog, but they never stayed long, guess they were walking them & not staying
