Most times they do and just change course to go around bad weather. Hurricanes are probably a different story and i would contact Royal Caribbean or your travel agent.

If it's a Hurricane and it's going to that port no but if it's normal bad weather then yes. If it is because of a hurricane they should give you a 50% refund and then sometimes they will give you a credit to help pay for your next cruise. But call them if you still aren't sure.
