No, only children under the age of 12 does not have to be vaccinated, all adults MUST be vaccinated as it is a requirement of the ports of call
You don't have to be vaccinated, you do have to show a legit covid test within 2 days of sailing. Vaccinated and Unvaccinated have different dinning rooms etc, etc vaccinated guest has an arm band to wear unvaccinated guest don't. However both vaccinated and Un can enjoy all outdoor activities, inside everyone wears a mask. Hope this helps.

It depends on the individual cruise so you need to find out for whichever one you are interested in. The cruise I'm on now required vaccination except for kids from 3-12. My sister in law is on a different one with Royal leaving in two weeks and for hers they don't need to be but they are going to Cozumel instead of the Bahamas.
