Call the cruise line hope you took out the insurance
As most said, calling the cruise line or looking on their website for their cancelleation policy or looking at the email or receipt confirmation after you booked the trip will state cancellation terms. Another option is to defer the trip or have them keep or use the credits for a future trip if you cant make it this time. Hope this helps
Call the cruise line and see what they can do for you.
They may allow you to transfer it to a future cruise if you did not purchase with the refund option. I would call their customer service number.
