Most you can cancel 90 days before a cruise. Otherwise...You don't unless you have a life threatening illness. Hope you took out the insurance.

Call the cruise line, you will have to pay a cavelation fee... Under the new policy, final payment for sailings six or more days is now due 90 days prior to sailing versus the current policy of 75 days. In conjunction with that, cancellationpenalties will now begin at 89 days prior to sailing. Norwegian Cruise

As most said, calling the cruise line or looking on their website for their cancelleation policy or looking at the email or receipt confirmation after you booked the trip will state cancellation terms. Another option is to defer the trip or have them keep or use the credits for a future trip if you cant make it this time. Hope this helps

Call the cruise line and see what they can do for you.

They may allow you to transfer it to a future cruise if you did not purchase with the refund option. I would call their customer service number.
