Dixie i did reserve my scooter about 3 weeks before i got there. They will deliver where ever you are staying and pick up when you are done using it.
If its for use strictly at Broadway you do not. If you are wanting one delivered to your hotel we highly recommend you reserve ahead of time. Also free delivery and pick up with advanced reservations.
