Yes, manual wheel chair with big rubber wheels. I paid $35 a day for the beach wheel chair and $35 a day for an electric mobility scooter. I was there in July 2017 when I was there. JoAnn is a really awesome person to deal with. Very sweet and courteous. If you decide to rent there, please tell JoAnn I said hi!! For daily use just at broadway at the beach it is $32 per day. For offsite it is $35 a day or $175 per week for a standard scooter and $45 a day or $225 a week for a heavy duty scooter.

Dixie i did reserve my scooter about 3 weeks before i got there. They will deliver where ever you are staying and pick up when you are done using it.

You would be better off to call Joann at the store. I paid $135 for 3 days for an electric scooter. Im hoping that was the price i paid. It's been almost a year since we were down there. Joann is very wonderful. Im sure she will work with you..

We do not deliver directly to the beach access but we will deliver it directly to your hotel. Our daily rate is $45 per day with a 2 day minimum for delivery and pick up. If you would like for one day it can be picked up from us but does require a truck due to the size.

Most have 250lb capacities but we do have a couple with 350.

You can get whatever you want. Manual or Electric. As far as the sand, I would only take the manual one. If someone's pushing you, it would be easier manually. You might get stuck in the sand with the Electic one.

No, but they do have beach wheel chairs that are manual and have to be pushed. If you go to their website, they have a picture of one of them with the inflated wheels.
