They do sell chicken pieces alone, not in boxes like kfc, their online website is always up to date (and you can order ahead)

According to their website, thier largest order is a sixteen piece with sides available, much like KFC. I would call though to see if they will sale a whole chicken that has not been broke down into pieces.
