Jamie... Being a sushi eater for many years both here and in Japan I'm going to say YES. I say this because a good Sushi-ya (Sushi Master) can make you anything you want. Be aware though that they all have their own styles. But no worries here because they'll tailor to order to your needs. So now that thats been said... Tuna Karai is basically spicy diced tuna made like you would get in a poke bowl but either as a maki roll or sometimes presented on a plate. So my advice is to ask the Sushi Master for Tuna Kurai. If he's not familiar with it ask for a Tuna Poke maki (roll) or just explain the above. Also be sure to tell him if you want it spicy or not.

I did not see tuna (Karai) on the BBQ menu but there is tuna on the sashimi and sushi menus.
Not sure, we just had the BBQ and it was worth every penny and the drive!
Well I'm pretty sure they do;however, this is the desert. It's so rare to find a authentic Sushi bar.
