Wells Fargo Branch on 23rd Ave & Northern is by far the Worse in Customer Service. All of the Bankers & Mgrs & Upper Mgt need to be fired!!! It was 4:59pm on Tuesday 10/05/2021 The Hispanic Manager closed the front door in my face and would not take my house payment!!! 🤬😠😡 It was not 5pm yet!!! This is Ridiculous. Im absolutely disappointed in Wells Fargo, After all the Bad Business Dealings Wells Fargo has done recently, This by far the end of my relationship with this Horrible Bank. Wells Fargo has the Absolute worse Customer Service in the industry by far. They close bank locations with out notice, horrible hours of operations, closed on weekends Fees for everything. I HAVE HAD ENOUGH WITH WELLS FARGO. IM DONE WITH YOU!!! I NO LONGER WANT TO BE A CLIENT/ CUSTOMER WHERE IM NOT APPRECIATED AND RESPECTED. YOUR WAYS OF DOING BUSINESS AND THE WAY YOU TRAIN/TEACH YOUR FRONT END STAFF IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING & APPALLING ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND APPALLING I NO LONGER GOING WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH YOUR ORGANIZATION & YOUR HORRIBLE UNGRATEFUL STAFF!!! THE FORGET WHO IS REALLY PAYING THERE WAGES!!! GOOD BY WELLS FARGO. YOU JUST LOST THE ENTIRE LUGO & RASCON FAMILY!!! JOSE, PATRICIA, GRISELDA, ARTHUR JR, JOSE JR.
