Are guests asked to sign in with management so that the neighborhood is, in fact, safe? Are there assigned parking spots, and if not, is there a limit to how many cars and or parking spots one can take? Specifically, guests of the complex?

STEPHANIE LOWE, I've personally seen that is not true. Just as pictures and video prove otherwise. Guests are allowed to do as they please. This place is trash.

Guest do not have to sign in but do have to follow the rules. If the don't then they are banned from the property and if caught on property they will be charged with trespassing and they person they visit will be evicted. There is assigned parking spots you get two total right in front of your unit.
