They have a great staff who teach you multiple different ways to throw. Be patient and have fun!
They will teach you form n how to correct problems. Really fun

They will teach you everything you need to know. The Dos and Don't. Give it a try. If you enjoy it, go several more times and then decide based on your experience if it's a hobby you'd like to take up. It's fun, it's different, (you actually sweat some if your doing it right, i felt my 1 ab the next day). Try it, i think you will highly enjoy it! ⚒
Been there a few times .... Always have fun with friends and family there ... Staff is very helpful 😊... There are not enough places like this in Jacksonville where families and friends can all participate in an interactive activity with each other... Another one is 🍷 Wine and Design /Art Buzz Kids Jacksonville.. where a whole group can all paint kids and adults .. #wndjax
