No appt necessary. Ive sold 3 times & had a good experience each time. The wait wasn't too long or I just dropped & came back for my own convenience. They are picky, so i usually bring them a lot of clothes. They pay more than you'd get in a yardsale & you earn points on your customer loyalty card for either buying or selling.

Nope. But 9 times it off 10 they make you come back. (They take your stuff, have you come back for money of what they wanted and to pick up stuff they didn't want) they are very picky now a days too
