They are super short staffed like everyone else...however, they do an awesome job and is worth the wait!
45 min wait to 1 hour wait. The first time I went fabulous job the second time not so much spots all over vehicle and did not vacuum very good inside particularly the center console which was empty but had crumbs from last owner of the vehicle. I think I will take my business to the one by the mall or by best buy
These type of car care places are for the people who are too lazy to take care of their car. Face it owning a car is work if you really want it to last. Then again look at how the people take care of themselves. Over weight out of shape sitting at a drive thru window. Short staffed? Think about it. Do you want to work for slave wages? Yes most of the wages paid in the Wilmington area ammount to economic slavery. The minimum wage should be tracked to the average rent in any given area and that average should only be about 30 percent of your income. Look at the cost of everything around you. Think about it.
If u get there early, they did an awesome job on my car.
