I was on a casual business trip so I was in jeans and a polo. It didn't seem to be a problem, but I did feel slightly underdressed. I think our positive attitudes were appreciated more than proper attire would have been.
Dress or golf shorts with a button down or polo shirt are quite acceptable. I would not wear cutoffs or a t shirt. There is a sense of casual dress that is prevalent here in Arizona throughout the year but this is an establishment that I believe warrants taking the time to dress nice when you are inclined to lay 40 plus dollars down for a quality cut of beef.
