I've tried Chrome, Firefox, explorer, and my cell phone but, everytime I get the the appointment time drop down, it doesn't work. How do I make an appointment!?

If the drop boxes don't fall tat means there are no time slots available and you have to try the next month or try the next closest facility like I did. I couldn't get anything at the Avent Rd location, but when I selected Cary DMV, I got time slots.

U have to keep moving up the date till u can find a date that has appointments available

I called and made my appointment.

It worked for me in chrome and edge. But the slots are very limited. Clear the cache and try again.
