We fpund a dog on shasta way. How do we find out if owner is looking for it??

Please take the dog you found to any Veterinarian and ask to have the dog scanned for an Identifying Micro Chip. Hopefully it has one, and then you can call the Owner. If the dog was adopted from the Shelter, it will have a Micro Chip.

You can visit the shelter and see if they have a flyer up. If not, you can put a flyer up or ask them for further instructions.
