Not True just need an appointment
I called and you can print forms offline and drop them off between 11 and 130 for forms but I had to enclose my medical card and I'd as proofs just to get my social and they said they return it to me in the mail it's not open for in person anything which is really dumb at this point
The offices have been closed for over a year now due to covid
