Im not H.I.T's, but yes they do cover-ups, they'd have to see and evaluate it, to let you know your best options and pricing, and cover ups sometimes cost more than the initial tattoo itself😟🤯 but in my experience with c- ups, it was a play toy I had, and a ex-husband's name creatively removed & blended in, so I didn't really care about the price, because it was out with the old & in with the new👏😂 😁😎
