Horrible place!! I purchased something that was ruined when I opened it, I called as soon as I saw it ....they refused to switch it out for another one. I will never go back!! Horrible horrible!

I’ve gone to this store a lot in the last year, but I’m going to stop because I feel they are racist. I purchased one pack of hair only valuing at like 9.99 and when I stuck it up there she put it in a bag and held it behind the counter until my card went through, this is not the first time I went through this at this store. Being a hairstylist I just feel it’s unprofessional and a good way to lose customers.

Honestly i dont think it was a mistake. On 2 separate occassions i had to have my items rung up again. Piece by piece because the total was waaay off. And both times the "new" was lower.
