I brought my 2014 Chevy Spark in for service on Aug 15 with noise in the front suspension. $2,700 worth of repairs were “done” and when I came to pick it up 11 days later, the noises were worse! Serious lack of quality control. They took it back in and 7 days later said it was fixed. When I came to pick it up the 2nd time, the original noises were still there! Back in it goes and after 2 more weeks of no communication from the service dept, I finally reach out to find out “we’re waiting for a part”. It’s been over a month now and they’re still not able to fix “their own” model vehicle!?! Extremely disappointing.

I don't even think they do that. You can buy the batteries and replace it, it's very easy to do

I'm pretty sure they do. Call their service department, they should be able to tell you what they can and cannot do.

Yes, they have a service center. Although I'm unsure any specific requirements for the repair side? I know they are always super busy when I go get my car serviced.
