When you use the grocery pickup online- You have to choose the pick up time. When you get to the store park in the pick up area and call the phone there. Give name the order is under and the parking space #. They bring the groceries out to you. If you use the regular order and pick up in store (non-grocery items) you pick that up in the back of the store by layaway.
Sorry, I have not used that service before but I know there is a special parking area for pick up orders.
