If it works for you just go into the Toyota dealership in Roseville and they can help you very easily. They are very accommodating.
My camery did the same thing, took it to the dealer and they had to do a software update to fix it.
It's possible you lost caller I.d. service. Don't quote me on this do some extensive research. Best of luck.
